IN TUNE Wireless Internet offers a comprehensive portfolio of both FCC licensed and unlicensed spectrum alternatives for the delivery of broadband wireless communications and Internet services. These include wide area, metropolitan area, and local area network solutions to benefit clients of all shapes and sizes.

What we're known for "on-the-streets" is our unique High-Speed, On-Demand wireless Internet and WI-FI services. They're designed to provide you with fast, reliable, economical, flexible, and secure Internet connections.

The bottom line: we're focused on delivering to you high-value, best-in-class products and services. Our team is comprised of experienced innovators in wireless information technologies. And, we’re partnered with other industry-leaders to ensure you will always get the best service possible for the least amount of $$$.

To sign up for our High-Speed, On-Demand wireless Internet, or WI-FI services, all customer registrations are completed 24x7, 365 days-a-year through our secure network access portals (see an example below).

For all High-Speed, On Demand wireless Internet customers, we take care of setting up your system to lock onto our signal and connect. For our WI-FI services, to connect you must first locate our signal using your 802.11 b/g WI-FI enabled computer or PDA. (Also, look for signs on the street to help you know you're in one of our coverage areas. The IN TUNE Wireless Internet logo may be there to greet you.) The network name (SSID) will include the words: IN TUNE. In some communities the SSID will appear as follows: (Community name) Wireless and In Tune.

After you have located the signal, your computer or PDA will likely indicate the network is “unsecured” or "open." This is so you can easily get connected without needing to know any special authentication settings. However, rest assured, when you do reach the portal and get online through our network your connection will be quite secure.

The next step after locating the signal via the SSID is to open your Internet browser. When you try to go to a website like CNN.com for example, you will be redirected to our secure network access portal. From the portal you can check out our rate plans, make your selection, and set-up your account profile information before going online.

Please note: we are currently standardized on 802.11b/g for all customer WI-FI connections. Our WI-FI network roaming partners include Boingo Wireless, GoRemote, IPASS, and Syniverse Technologies to name just a few.
